About The Position

The B&I Analytics team supports Personal Investor's Brokerage & Investments business. This analyst will partner closely with the Education Savings group to uncover actionable insights and help shape strategies that drive engagement and growth across 529 products. Responsibilities include end-to-end ownership of KPI reporting, deep-dive analyses to identify behavioral drivers and product adoption trends, development of data-driven strategies to support business goals, forecasting, and segmentation modeling to better understand client needs and optimize outreach.

Requirements

Python, SQL and Tableau experience required.
Experience applying advanced analytical techniques in a workplace setting (e.g. predictive modeling, forecasting, clustering)
Experience in building resilient reporting products (e.g. dashboards)
Minimum of five years related Analytics work experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Prepares and delivers expert level visualizations and internal presentations that translate analytic insights into tangible, actionable solutions for business partners to implement.
Develops, owns and manages recurring analytic or reporting processes.
Actively develops the analytics community at Vanguard by mentoring, coaching and connecting others with resources and training.
Participates and presents during scheduled analytics seminars.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
