About The Position
Serenity Healthcare is hiring a Team Lead for our analytics department. Strong candidate will be a seasoned data worker. Pay and title will reflect prior experience. Flexibility with hours, occasional WFH, and PTO is part of our team’s culture, for employees in good standing with their responsibilities. As the team lead, you’ll be expected to project manage / problem solve large assignments from start to finish with little need for assistance from technical manager. You’ll help project manage and debug the work of junior analysts – as well as informal training / demonstration of techniques. Your first objective will be to learn the business’s data and analytics footprint, which—as an experienced analyst you’ll know—is no small task.
