We have an opportunity at our corporate offices in Chicago for a Lead Data Analyst (Hybrid) on our Center for Optimal Health Outcomes team. This is a hybrid position reporting into our Chicago, IL office, requiring 3 d ays a week in the office. This role will lead complex data projects across the Center for Optimal Health Outcomes (COHO) pillars including Research, Data & Evaluation, Community Health Impact, Policy Development and Health Systems Transformation. Responsible for executing advanced statistical analyses using large public and private healthcare datasets to uncover socioeconomic, demographic, and system-level drivers of health. Ensure high-quality, unbiased analytics to strengthen COHO's impact. Provide technical leadership and collaborative guidance to advance data-driven support for the business unit.
