We’re hiring a Lead Data Analyst, Growth Science to use advanced science to estimate the incrementality of Marketing, Product, and Lifecycle Marketing and to improve their performance. As a senior individual contributor, you’ll lead high-impact growth initiatives through the use of media mix modeling, experimentation and quasi-experimentation, and predictive modeling. You will play a role in defining how we estimate incrementality and how we improve performance. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $152,000 and up to $210,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience. In this role, you can expect to Partner with and support vendor developing of our media mix model Design, execute, and read out results of complex experiments and quasi-experiments not supported by our A/B testing vendor Develop predictive models to improve performance of Marketing, Product, and Lifecycle Marketing initiatives Partner with Marketing, Product, and Lifecycle Marketing, to drive business outcomes Mentor other analysts in our team on experimentation and statistics.
