Join a Company that Empowers you to Build your Future A Lead Data Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for driving data driven decision making throughout Lennar. This role involves setting the strategic direction for data analysis activities and ensuring that business goals are aligned with technical solutions. Expert-level position Oversees multiple projects and initiatives. Highly technical with extensive experience with SQL and data visualization tools. Acts as a liaison between business and technical teams. Leverages AI-enabled tools and methodologies to drive analytical efficiency and innovation.

Requirements

  • Must have advanced SQL skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing complex and or large-scale projects and initiatives.
  • Confident with learning new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
  • Experience with a data transformation tool such as dbt.
  • Advanced experience with data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics tools and a willingness to adopt emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive change across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large-scale and high-impact data analytics projects.
  • Lead the design, testing, creation, and roll out of new advanced data products.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Ensure alignment of projects with business goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations for business improvements based on self-generated insights.
  • Identify opportunities, build, and leverage AI-enabled tools and emerging methodologies to accelerate analysis and enhance team productivity.
