What you’ll do: We are seeking a skilled and motivated technical development project manager with experience supporting large scale identity and access management implementation efforts across enterprise applications. In this role, you will work with application development teams, IAM operational implementation teams, and program management to drive application integration with Entra ID, SailPoint, and other IAM capabilities. You will also work with legacy IAM applications that are being sunset due to the Entra ID strategy to ensure continuity and completeness.

Requirements

Experience working with Entra ID for authentication and authorization
Experience with agile application development and deployment processes.
Experience with SDLC and source control tools such as Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience leading SailPoint and/or Entra ID implementation efforts.
Experience preparing project and program status for read out to upper management.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Typically requires 5-8 years experience.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) for application deployment.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools.

Responsibilities

Drive application teams to design, develop, test, and deploy refactored applications updated to use Entra ID.
Help identify opportunities for automation of application conversions to Entra ID utilizing AI assisted code refactoring
Coordinate application onboarding to Entra ID and SailPoint for a large number of enterprise applications
Track and manage delivery of application, project and program deliverables related to applications transforming to Entra ID for authentication and authorization.
Help optimize onboarding processes through automated discovery and data collection techniques.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in AI assisted and automated development techniques.
