There are still lots of open positions. Let's find the one that's right for you.
Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. As a Senior System Administrator, you'll be responsible for defining system specifications, ensuring hardware/software compatibility and system security. You'll coordinate the design of subsystems and integrate them into the overall system, identifying and resolving program support deficiencies along the way. Your work will involve developing and documenting frameworks for integrating and implementing changes to technical standards, as well as recommending corrective actions and providing technical guidance to systems engineers, software engineers, and other team members. You'll lead detailed technical discussions, guide the evaluation and selection of solutions, and organize teams for project work. Additionally, you'll manage the internal administration, maintenance and management of capacity resources for computers at the operating system and infrastructure level. This includes building, configuring, troubleshooting, and integrating new and existing servers to enhance services, deploy applications, and upgrade infrastructure. You'll set up administrator and service accounts, maintain system documentation, tune system performance, install system-wide software, and allocate mass storage space. Identifying, testing, and deploying patches will be a key part of your role, as will conducting system analysis and development to keep systems current with changing technologies.
