About The Position

Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The Lead, Cyber Data Protection Management drives enterprise capabilities like data discovery and sensitivity labeling while building or enhancing data solutions to ensure proper level of access and data classifications. Advises executives to develop functional strategies on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action. This position will help deliver on DLP modernization objectives aimed at reducing cost, reducing complexity, and improving posture. This position should be familiar with data security posture management (DSPM) and data loss prevention (DLP) controls and policies across all major data egress channels (endpoint, network, web, email, CASB). The candidate should have experience deploying DLP controls as well as data scanning and classification capabilities in complex enterprise environments. The candidate should be familiar with data governance and encryption key governance frameworks and platforms. The candidate should have experience with single and multi-tenant cloud environments as well as multi-cloud service provider environments. Candidate should be versed in data handling within highly-regulated environments (healthcare and finance sector preferred). The Lead, Cyber Data Protection Management provides advice and assist in the identification of data risk and risk mitigation capabilities and strategies to meet operational security targets and compliance. Operational understanding of local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), virtual private networks (VPNs), data transmission protocols and use of public key infrastructures (PKIs), including use of certification authorities (CAs) and digital signatures. Requirements

  • a Bachelor's degree
  • 5 or more years experience Cyber Security
  • 2 or more years experience in Cyber Data Protection
  • Experience integrating Cyber Security technologies with existing technologies
  • Experience implementing Cyber Security technologies with enterprise-wide impact
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
  • Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office.
  • Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.
  • A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.
  • Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
  • A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
