About The Position

The Lead Customer Service Representative position at Circle K offers a challenging, fast-paced, and fun environment with opportunities for career growth. This role involves greeting customers, operating the register, cashiering, making purchase suggestions, and working with the food program. A key aspect of the role is gaining entry-level management experience by regularly leading shifts. Responsibilities also include maintaining high standards for store appearance, providing fast and friendly service, and ensuring regular and predictable onsite attendance. The successful candidate will interact with many customers daily and work as part of an energetic team to accomplish daily tasks. Responsibilities
