About The Position

Circle K is seeking a Lead Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role offers a challenging, fast-paced, and fun environment with opportunities for career growth. The position involves gaining entry-level management experience by leading shifts, interacting with numerous customers daily, and working with an energetic team to maintain high store standards and provide excellent service. The role requires regular and predictable onsite attendance and involves working in various areas of the store, both inside and out.

  • Ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
  • Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift.
  • Ability to grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands.
  • Requires eye-hand coordination.
  • May require climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions.
  • Work with the food program.
  • Gain entry level management experience by leading shifts on a regular basis.
  • Work around the store (inside and out) in many different areas to help maintain high standards for store appearance.
  • Provide fast and friendly service to customers.
  • Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
  • Interact with many customers daily.
  • Work with a fun, energetic team accomplishing daily tasks around the store.
