Requirements

  • High school or equivalent
  • Customer Service: 1 year
  • Key holder experience: 1 year
  • Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • 1 year customer service experience preferred
  • Computer skills
  • Timekeeping
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Able to utilize multi-line phone
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to lift 40 lbs.
  • Able to stand for up to 8 hours a day
  • Able to handle dogs on leashes
  • Display professional manner at all times

Responsibilities

  • Main lobby operations – check-ins, check-outs, guest visits and tours, answering general questions
  • Answering and handling calls in a professional manner
  • Maintaining cleanliness
  • Opening and closing the location
  • Scheduling
  • File maintenance
  • Data entry
