About The Position

Circle K is seeking a Lead Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals who are challenged by a fast-paced, fun environment and are looking to grow their career. As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including customer interaction, operating the register, making sales suggestions, and assisting with the food program. A key aspect of this role involves gaining entry-level management experience by regularly leading shifts. You will work both inside and outside the store to maintain high appearance standards and ensure fast, friendly service. The position requires regular and predictable onsite attendance, interacting with many customers daily, and collaborating with an energetic team to achieve daily goals.
