All Creatures Veterinary Clinic is seeking an experienced Lead Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing traditional customer service representative duties, which include managing multiple phone lines, responding to emails, processing faxes, invoicing, and assisting with callbacks and inquiries. Your leadership will be vital in coaching and mentoring your team, providing timely feedback, and working closely with the Hospital Administrator to address escalated client issues. You will also be responsible for team scheduling and updating processes to enhance operational efficiencies.
