About The Position
Old Mill Veterinary Hospital is looking for a Lead Customer Service Representative to join our team! This is a full-time position (30+ hours/week) with a pay range of $24.00 - $26.00 per hour depending on experience. We are seeking a customer-focused leader to help us transition to a formal Call Center operations center. The perfect position for the experienced Veterinary Assistant or Licensed Veterinary Technician who is ready for a management or administrative career path. The Lead Customer Service Representative (CSR) focuses on client service and excellent communication, being the first and last contact that a client will have with the hospital and a key to creating first and lasting impressions.
