About The Position

The Lead Customer Service Representative position at Circle K involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, managing inventory, and supervising customer service representatives. The representative will handle cash transactions, assist with merchandising, and ensure the store's operational efficiency. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to work with equipment, tools, and materials.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and excellent customer service in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Greet customers as they enter and thank them as they leave.
• Assist customers with suggestions and recommendations.
• Accurately ring up sales and handle various payment types.
• Perform multi-function operations of fuel console, lottery machines, and other equipment.
• Maintain store cleanliness and equipment condition to company standards.
• Inspect store facilities for safety and cleanliness.
• Complete build-to's for ordering and purchasing merchandise.
• Receive and verify vendor deliveries.
• Maintain adequate stock and rotate stock properly.
• Control merchandise, cash shortages, and other selling expenses.
• Monitor shift sales and cash handling procedures.
• Supervise customer service representatives in the absence of the Store Assistant Manager.
• Coach and train new employees.
• Report incidents of theft, injuries, or unsafe conduct to the Store Manager.
• Perform administrative duties associated with shift changes.
