At Northwest Center @ Amazon, we’re looking for a Lead Customer Experience Specialist to take charge of the legendary Banana Stands: the quirky, cheerful heart of the campus where thousands of Amazonians grab a snack, share a smile, and feel part of something fun. As our Lead Customer Experience Specialist, you’re not just handing out bananas—you’re running the entire operation. You’ll be managing inventory, ordering supplies, tracking daily metrics, scheduling your team, and jumping into action whenever something needs solving. Most importantly, you’ll set the tone—bringing energy, warmth, and leadership to every shift. You’ll be the reason people walk away with more than just a banana—they’ll walk away feeling seen, welcomed, and energized. You’ll work across stands located on campus Monday through Friday, 7:15 AM to 3:45 PM, with the occasional evening, weekend, or offsite event as needed.
