The Customer Analyst is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the Oracle Customer Master database, ensuring accurate customer information, and supporting compliance through efficient data governance. You will collaborate with global teams on projects, reporting, and process improvements, while leveraging tools like Salesforce, Oracle Apps, and BI platforms to deliver actionable insights. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and passionate about driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. This position reports to the Director of Global Customer Data and is part of the Commercial Excellence organization located in Marlborough, MA and will be an on-site role.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Data Management, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Multiple years of experience with Oracle Applications (Customer Master, AR, OM), data management and basic SQL query writing (preferred), and familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) and workflow tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Data Integrity & Governance: Ensure accuracy and consistency of the Oracle Customer Master database by reviewing, updating, and correcting records, including efficient screening of customers and resolving duplicates through deletion or merging.
  • Compliance & Policy Adherence: Validate completeness of KYC documentation using SFDC, MyWorkflows, case management, and Copilot AI while complying with all regulatory, compliance, and security standards.
  • Systems & Process Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of Oracle Customer Master and its integrations (Salesforce, SMAX, Order Management, etc.), understand data flow across platforms, and gain end-to-end insight into account creation processes for a seamless customer experience.
  • Reporting, Analytics & Communication: Generate reports using Excel, SQL Developer, and BI tools (QlikView/QlikSense), assist in dashboard creation, and effectively communicate key metrics and insights to functional and technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Work with global teams on requirement gathering, testing, and implementation for projects, while analyzing and challenging existing processes to identify and implement efficiency improvements.
