About The Position

Seeking a reliable individual available for evening and weekend shifts to oversee and perform custodial and shelf stocking operations during nighttime hours while ensuring contract compliance and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of nighttime crew operations and the steps required to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned work.
  • Ability to supervise work activities, manage time effectively, and follow the appropriate chain of command.
  • Ability to work effectively with government personnel, contractors, supervisors, and team members.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to perform shelf stocking and custodial duties in accordance with contract and employer standards.
  • Ability to operate custodial equipment, including vacuums, floor scrubbers, buffers, waxing tools, and carpet shampooers.
  • Ability to determine cleanliness standards and verify that employer requirements have been met.
  • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and grasping.
  • Ability to work in hot and humid environments.
  • Ability to compare and match numbers and perform date rotation accurately.
  • Must successfully complete a background check.
  • Employment is at-will, with an understanding that job duties and conditions may change as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and perform custodial and shelf stocking duties in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Oversee contractor personnel on duty during assigned shifts.
  • Ensure quality assurance standards are met and maintain compliance with the Quality Assurance Plan.
  • Maintain supply inventory and accurate records, including payroll and inventory documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with management and Quality Assurance personnel.
  • Implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
  • Perform general custodial duties including cleaning, sanitizing, floor care, trash removal, and equipment operation.
  • Perform general stocking duties including product placement, date rotation, UPC verification, facing product, and cardboard breakdown.
  • Follow all safety, environmental, infection control, and quality standards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
