About The Position
The Lead Custodian will lead a crew of 5 to 15 team members in the day-to-day cleaning and custodial care of one or two buildings per the direction of the building Supervisor. Inspects work areas daily. Uses proper and established methods and materials in cleaning and otherwise caring for building areas. Provides training and mentoring per the direction of the Supervisor. Follows a well-established routine. This position will give feedback to the Supervisor during the performance review period but will not engage in discussions.
