About The Position

Ebenezer is looking for a Lead Culinary Assistant to join our team at Pillars of Lakeville in Hermantown, MN! This position is responsible for dining room meal service to residents. This nutrition services schedule includes; 64 hours every two weeks Day/evening shift; includes every other weekend rotation. The Pillars of Hermantown is Ebenezer's newest managed senior living community in northern Minnesota near Duluth and offers Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care options with 105 total apartments near major crossroads and amongst beautiful scenery. The Pillars creates purposeful lifestyles for our seniors with dedicated staff to meet their needs in a variety of ways. Requirements

• Serves meals and ensures that the dining area is clean and inviting
• Promotes and encourages positive resident relations and satisfaction
• Provides support and direction to Culinary Assistants
• Performs other duties as assigned
