How you’ll make an impact in this role Lead daily departmental operations to ensure a seamless clinical workflow, directly improving the speed and quality of the patient’s diagnostic journey. Mentor and coach staff through hands-on orientation and continuous feedback, fostering a culture of clinical excellence and professional growth within the team. Champion image integrity by overseeing quality control and technical parameters, ensuring every scan provides the diagnostic clarity physicians need for accurate treatment. Optimize departmental safety and compliance by maintaining rigorous regulatory standards and equipment readiness to provide a secure environment for both patients and staff. Serve as a vital technical resource across multidisciplinary teams, troubleshooting complex cases and streamlining data submission to PACS for immediate clinical review.

Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Radiologic Technologist credentialed from the Wisconsin Radiography Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Nuclear Medical Tech credentialed from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. NMTCB(CT) Computed Tomography Specialty Certification or ARRT(CT) Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography required in addition to CNMT Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification.
  • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Nuclear Medicine or Radiation Therapy specialty also accepted.
  • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
