We are looking for a superhero-level Lead Ad Creative Producer to lead and oversee the entire creative production operations at one of Ruby Labs’ fastest-growing AI portfolio companies. This is a full-combat creative and operational role. You will own the creative production process end-to-end: how creatives are designed, reviewed, refined, approved, and delivered. You are accountable for creative quality, execution speed, and production discipline. This role is not about taste or coordination—it is about conversion, control, standards, and consistency at scale. You will work directly with User Acquisition Managers and manage a team of creative designers, acting as the final quality gate before any asset reaches testing or traffic.
