As a Lead, Creative Producer, you’ll be a driving force in Target Creative by bringing the creative vision to life from concept through post-production and delivery. You are an experienced, possibility-oriented leader who embraces and excels in the opportunity to engage, ideate and guide teams to expert quality content production. You will play a leadership role in establishing strategies for achieving team goals that align to the broader Target Creative vision and driving successful outcomes. You will also lead end-to-end production strategy, direction and execution for your assigned areas of business that encompass all channels and mediums. You will develop and evolve production capabilities, both existing and new, while leading creative partner sourcing and negotiation strategies for the team. You will guide your teams by providing creative vendor recommendations that ensure successful project deliveries across a wide range of budgets and parameters. You will lead complex bodies of work focusing on planning and making strategic connections, with an enterprise, guest-focused mindset. You will lead, guide and inspire internal and external partners/agencies to meet and exceed business and marketing objectives. Multi-tasking and collaborating with partners across creative and marketing disciplines, you are responsible for providing clear, actionable and timely communication while educating others and advocating for the creative process. You will leverage your expert knowledge of content production to guide and influence internal and external partners, making connections to expand what is possible while delivering consistency and efficiencies. Critical to this role is staying current with industry trends and understanding the production landscape outside of Target.
