About The Position

Voodoo is looking for a Lead Creative Manager to lead a squad of creative operators. You will own creative production for a large scope of our games or apps and play a central role in helping Voodoo turn great mobile products into global hits. The Growth team at Voodoo helps maximize the potential of each product within the ecosystem, requiring operational excellence and creativity to stay ahead of the market.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in creative performance marketing, in the gaming and/or mobile apps industry
• Extensive track record of managing a team in a creative field
• Successfully led high-impact projects
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Desire to work in an environment that values candor, freedom, and responsibility

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and drive creative production for multiple games based on product and user acquisition strategy
• Analyze your team's performance, define action plans, and hit your KPIs
• Lead up to 6 people: recruit, coach, and increase talent density
• Discover new creative concepts, and share best practices with other creative teams
• Lead key projects to test new tools, improve processes, etc.
