Requirements

Must live in the Fort Collins, Loveland, or Greeley area
5–10+ years of real paid experience
Must have own set of tools
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must have reliable transportation capable of hauling tools and small amounts of material
Must have vehicle insurance
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Able to work as a W2 employee
Must not be dependent on constant direction

Nice To Haves

5+ years of experience across multiple trades
Customer service and/or sales experience
Photos or portfolio of previous work

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of residential and light commercial repair and maintenance tasks
Complete work including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tile work, and minor plumbing and electrical
Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and clients
Manage job scope and ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Work independently with minimal supervision
