Ace Handyman Services (backed by Ace Hardware) is hiring a senior-level craftsman for full-time field work . This is for a professional who is excellent at his trade but ready to stop running his own business. You handle: Showing up on time Communicating clearly Producing clean, professional work We handle: Marketing Scheduling Estimating support Invoicing & collections Compliance & admin This Is NOT a Fit If: You are running your own business on the side. You disappear during busy season. You need constant direction. You are late, disorganized, or casual about standards. This IS a Fit If: You have 20+ years of real hands-on experience. You can complete jobs independently without hand-holding. You take pride in clean job sites and tight workmanship. You communicate professionally with homeowners. You want steady Monday–Friday work without chasing jobs. The 800+ Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry. Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers—folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.
