Requirements

• 5+ years of multi‑trade experience (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tile, drywall, painting)
• Own reliable vehicle (truck/van) and toolkit
• Strong communication & customer service skills — client, supplier, and team interactions
• Leadership ability — overseeing projects, small‑crew management, diagnosing and directing field work
• Professional presentation — clean-cut, organized tools, presentable vehicle
• Ability to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

• Experience in HVAC
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) ability
