About The Position

Join our team as a Seasonal Lead Counter Server at The Cove, where you'll deliver friendly, efficient service, oversee daily café operations, and help train and support team members. If you're passionate about great food, great service, and leading by example, we'd love to have you on board!

Requirements

• The ability to speak English and possess excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• To accurately handle cash, operate a Point of Sale system, and maintain clear records of sales and inventory.
• Previous Food & Beverage experience, a plus.
• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to a flexible work schedule.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 41 - 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates exceptional guest service skills when selling F&B items to guests.
• Consistently accepts food orders and delivers food to guests in a timely manner.
• Continually operates cash register and accepts payment for F&B product(s) ensuring accuracy when making change.
• Always ensures that café area is kept orderly and continually cleans and sanitizes counter in designated areas.
• Continually trains new team members in all F&B standards & procedures and ensures that employees continually apply training techniques.
