Lead Counter-Proliferation Full-Motion Video (FMV) and Geospatial (GEOINT) Analyst
About The Position
BAE Systems is the premier provider of Full Motion Video (FMV) exploitation. We are currently seeking high performing analysts to support an operational cell with video forensics and in-depth research analysis. Analysts must be able to work in a fusion cell, specifically integrating GEOINT, IMINT, FMV, among other INTs, into intelligence products. Candidates must have the ability to exploit video footage collected by sensors on Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms as well as in-depth, advanced research culminating in comprehensive, fused, multi-INT intelligence products. IMPORTANT: Candidates must have an active clearance with counterintelligence polygraph to be considered and be willing and capable of passing additional polygraphs by the Government if necessary.
Requirements
- 10 years of combined Intelligence experience, which can be supplemented by a relevant degree (AA = 2 years, BA = 3 years)
- 5 years of full-time and/or active duty motion geospatial or full motion video (FMV) analysis mission experience - We cannot substitute other Intelligence disciplines of Intelligence for the 3 minimum years required for this role
- Must possess TS/SCI clearance with current CI polygraph
- Experience leading junior analysts, coordinating tasks among team, training junior analysts, etc.
- Experience briefing and/or collaborating with government leadership
- Work a standard 40 hr work week and be willing and able to work some nights, weekends and holidays if necessary.
- During high-tempo operations, can maintain situational awareness and can verbally and in writing relay and articulate intelligence.
- Can prioritize and solve routine tasks, positively impact customer and team relations.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Suite: MS Word & MS PowerPoint.
- Functional working knowledge of ArcGIS or similar GIS software
- Excellent analytical writing skills.
- Must be an advanced keyboarder at 32 WPM with 100% accuracy or better without looking at a keyboard.
- Candidates must possess the ability to accurately discern red, green, blue, and yellow colors on a screen.
- Must attain FMV analyst qualifications and maintain required minimum skill level in each position.
- Must already possess GPC-F certification.
Nice To Haves
- Over 10 years of (FMV) analysis mission experience
- BA/BS in field relevant to geospatial intelligence, intelligence studies, etc.
- Experience in imagery analysis, geospatial analysis, or full-motion video analysis in support of counter-proliferation operations
- Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro
- Experience in Python coding for ArcGIS
- Possess GPC IA or GA Level II certification
