About The Position

In this role, you will be a key member of the global litigation team, handling significant litigation responsibilities and executing litigation strategies. Your expertise will help us navigate domestic and international disputes, advising on litigation risks associated with business decisions and strategic initiatives. You will proactively work to identify and mitigate risks to support the company's growth. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced attorney ready to dive into a diverse and challenging docket of cases from the comfort of their home.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • 5+ years of litigation experience in private practice and/or an in-house corporate environment.
  • Expertise in technology-related litigation, particularly in internet and domain registrar matters.
  • Significant experience managing complex litigation and trial processes.
  • Strong decision-making and advisory skills in business contexts.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently while providing high-quality legal solutions.
  • Eagerness to use AI for efficiency in legal processes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an important member of the litigation team assisting on global litigation risk across all business areas.
  • Manage the global litigation docket, directing external counsel and minimizing litigation costs.
  • Develop and implement cohesive global litigation strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on litigation risk assessments for product development.
  • Drive risk-mitigation projects to reduce litigation expenses.
