This role is responsible for reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and advising internal groups on procurement contracts, including SaaS and licensing agreements, nondisclosure agreements, master services agreements, facilities agreements, professional services agreements, consulting agreements, staffing agreements, and various other commercial agreements.
