About The Position

Cosmetic Physician Partners (CPP) is launching a brand-new, state-of-the-art de novo MedSpa in the dynamic Nashville, TN market — and we are seeking a Lead Cosmetic Injector – Nurse Practitioner to play a critical role in building and leading this clinic from the ground up. Requirements

  • Valid and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license (State of TN or eligible to transfer).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in medical aesthetics and injectable treatments.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills.
  • Proficient in EMR systems and clinical documentation.
  • Passion for the aesthetics industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior leadership or clinic management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Administer injectable treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
  • Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures such as microneedling and laser treatments.
  • Conduct good faith medical exams and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Ensure safe, compliant, and results-driven aesthetic services.
  • Ensure an exceptional patient experience through compassionate, detail-oriented care.
  • Provide thorough pre- and post-treatment guidance and manage any patient concerns.
  • Maintain accurate EMR documentation of patient history, treatment, and outcomes.
  • Monitor patients’ medical eligibility and readiness for aesthetic procedures.
  • Uphold infection control, safety, and clinic hygiene standards.
  • Onboard, mentor, and train new injectors and clinical staff.
  • Lead ongoing education initiatives and stay current on aesthetic industry trends.
  • Promote a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Manage treatment inventory and coordinate with vendors as needed.
  • Support strategic growth initiatives, including business planning and service expansion.
  • Partner with leadership to shape and execute marketing strategies and community outreach.
  • Participate in budgeting and financial forecasting.
  • Review clinic performance metrics and implement profitability improvements.
  • Assist with resource planning and cost-effective clinical operations.
  • Represent the clinic at events, conferences, and community engagements.
  • Strengthen referral networks and identify partnership opportunities.
  • Actively contribute to patient acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Foster a positive, professional, and high-performing clinic culture.
  • Conduct staff evaluations, coaching, and team development.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director and Practice Manager to address operational and patient-related matters.
