Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Certification is required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry dynamics.
• Utilize various analytical tools and frameworks (e.g., SWOT, PESTLE) to identify strategic opportunities and threats.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to project future performance, assess potential investments, and evaluate strategic initiatives.
• Use financial metrics such as discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, ROI calculations, and sensitivity analyses to support strategic recommendations.
• Assist in the development and execution of the company's strategic plan.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to set long-term goals and objectives.
• Prepare and present strategic recommendations, reports, and analysis to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Serve as a liaison to business unit personnel, soliciting and incorporating feedback into final deliverables.
• Work closely with other departments (e.g., finance, marketing, operations, product development) to ensure alignment and integration of strategic initiatives.
