The Lead, Corporate IT (Workday Platform) partners with internal and external business and technical stakeholders to understand the business processes, workflows, integrations, custom interfaces, data models, data movement, and security within the Workforce Management eco-system. Workday is the core Workforce Management platform which was reimplemented from green field in February 2024. The Workday Platform Lead will be a part of the Workforce Management team. This role requires the ability to innovate and deliver key technical functionality on the Workday platform. The role also interacts with various business units and our integration partner to support current and future workflows, integrations, custom interfaces, data models, data movement, and security requirements as well as troubleshooting issues and support ticket resolution.
