About The Position

As our Lead Copywriter, you aren't just "writing ads." You are the architect of the message that rescues lawyers from burnout. You own the narrative across 3–4 high-stakes funnels per month, leading a hybrid team of humans and AI to drive massive conversion. This role is for a seasoned copywriter who understands buyer psychology and uses data and testing to inform all our copywriting decisions.

Requirements

  • A Strategic Thinker: You understand why people buy, not just how to write a sentence.
  • An AI Optimizer: You are proficient in prompting and leveraging LLMs to streamline production.
  • A Performance Junkie: You live for the data. Open rates, CTRs, and ROAS are your scoreboard.
  • A Leader: You can manage contractors and meet deadlines without breaking a sweat.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Funnel: Lead copy production for monthly events and assets, review performance, and apply learnings forward for growth.
  • Master the Machines: Build and refine AI copywriting workflows. You don't fear AI—you use it to 10x your speed and precision.
  • Lead the Squad: Manage and mentor a team of contract writers. Give the feedback that makes them elite.
  • Protect the Voice: You are the guardian of the NLBM Brand Voice Guide. If it’s off-brand, it doesn’t go out.
