About The Position
The Site Security Officer (SSO) will be responsible for a variety of duties including logistics functions such as shipping and receiving, procurement of parts and materials, and escorting vendors and visiting personnel. The role also involves performing USG courier deliveries and pickups, coordinating and scheduling maintenance contracts, and creating activity and expense reports. Additionally, the SSO will coordinate visit authorization requests and site access to customer facilities, properly code accounts payable, provide site support, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and oversee vendor management.
