About The Position

American Residential Services is the largest provider of residential services in the US, employing more than 7000 professionals across the country. ARS has been serving its customers with HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical solutions for over 45 years since its establishment in 1975. We are seeking an outbound calling specialist to follow up with hot, warm, and cold sales leads in attempt to fill the board with sales potential daily. This position will consist of heavy phone volume and tight deadlines at times.

Requirements

• Two years of experience providing an exceptional customer service delivery through inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Inside Sales experience preferred with preference given to those with experience booking sales calls and generating sales leads.
• Must be able to demonstrate computer proficiency and have experience using Microsoft Products and multi-line phone systems.
• Must report daily to our office, this is not a work from home opportunity.
• Ability to work assigned shift and weekend rotation if required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule sales appointments for our in-field sales professionals.
• Contact customers prior to all in-home sales presentations to communicate expectations.
• Communicate throughout the day with our in-field sales professionals offering assistance they may need from the branch office.
• Follow up on quotes given to customers and communicate any needs they may have in relation to the sale.
• Process completed paperwork, electronic and manual forms.
• Meet and exceed expected sales targets.
