About The Position

KEYHOLDER POSITION, OPENS OR CLOSES RESTAURANT FOLLOWS OPENING AND CLOSING CHECKLISTS, ADHERES TO DAILY DEEP CLEANS MONITORS OTHER STAFF IN THEIR DEPARTMENT DURING SHIFT, MONITORS SALES VS LABOR, FOOD QUALITY,TICKET TIMES, CLEANLINESS AND ORGANIZATION WRITES PREP LIST SHEET NIGHTLY PROBLEM SOLVING COMMUNICATES EFFECTIVELY WITH STAFF, GUESTS, AND OTHER LEADS/ SUPERVISORS WORKS A LINE COOK POSITION DURING SHIFT TRAINS STAFF AS NEEDED WILL RECEIVE TRAINING FOR A WIDE RANGE OF JOBS

Responsibilities

  • Opens or closes restaurant
  • Follows opening and closing checklists
  • Adheres to daily deep cleans
  • Monitors other staff in their department during shift
  • Monitors sales vs labor
  • Monitors food quality
  • Monitors ticket times
  • Monitors cleanliness and organization
  • Writes prep list sheet nightly
  • Problem solving
  • Communicates effectively with staff, guests, and other leads/ supervisors
  • Works a line cook position during shift
  • Trains staff as needed
  • Will receive training for a wide range of jobs
