Lead Cook - Senior Living (Afternoon Shift | $18-$19/hr) Charter Senior Living of Bowling Green, KY Full-Time | 10:45 AM - 6:45 PM Now hiring a passionate Lead Cook to join our senior living community! If you love making great food, leading a team, and creating smiles at every meal — this is the opportunity for you. We are looking for someone who LOVES food, can LEAD the team on their shift and who will DRIVE cleanliness to the next level. Our ideal candidate has multiple years experience leading a kitchen team, is extremely coachable, can help us ELEVATE every meal we serve and will be committed to continually improving what we do every single day. We MUST have someone who shows up on time every day, with high, infectious energy and who's attitude is absolutely TOP NOTCH. Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and serve nutritious, delicious meals for residents
- Lead and train kitchen team members with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
- Help plan menus and improve recipes to elevate the dining experience
- Manage inventory, ordering, and kitchen organization
