Requirements

• Ability to work well in a structured correctional environment
• Ability to read and follow company recipes
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays on a rotating basis
• Flexibility to work varying shifts - days and hours (between 8:30am-5pm)
• Clearance approval into the facility
