Requirements
- Ability to work well in a structured correctional environment.
- Ability to read and follow company recipes.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays on a rotating basis.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts - days and hours (9am-6pm)
- Clearance approval into the facility
Nice To Haves
- Previous food service or kitchen experience would be a plus, but we can train the right person!
Responsibilities
- lead, instruct, and assist with meal preparations including food preparation, baking, cooking, and clean-up
