The Head Cook will plan,directand supervise Shelter food service, which includes providing three nutritious, economical meals a day and snacks twice a day for residents andstaff allwhile following Department of Health regulations. Responsibilities include allaspects of food preparation and general kitchen cleanup. The ideal candidate for our program is a self-motivated and dedicated person who is excited and passionate about helping children, staff, and external stakeholders. You are also a personable, energetic, and empathetic person who can manage multiple projects in a prioritized manner to meet our internal Urban Strategies goals.
