Summary: The Lead Cook role is responsible for cooking and preparing all menu items, directing personnel assigned to food preparation, sanitation, and room service areas, acting as a resource to help others develop and use their production skills, planning production, reviewing production records, maintaining equipment and supplies, and analyzing operations to improve quality. This is a full-time (40 hours), rotating shift schedule.
