The Lead Cook at Air Culinaire Worldwide, LLC is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring the quality of food ingredients and preparation methods, both personally and through the supervision of line cook staff. This position requires the Lead Cook to prepare base items needed for filling customer orders, ensuring that all food is prepared to specification, including hot foods, salads, sandwiches, canapés, desserts, sauces, and cold food preparations. The Lead Cook acts as an on-site problem solver, empowered to make decisions that align with company procedures regarding customer satisfaction, safety, and cost management. This role is crucial in maintaining the culinary quality of hot foods and supporting cold food displays, ensuring the safe use of fresh ingredients, and demonstrating finesse in culinary design and presentation.
