About The Position

The Chef de Partie (Lead Cook) at Hilton Atlanta is responsible for preparing, seasoning, cooking, and testing food items to ensure outstanding guest service and financial profitability. This role involves supervisory duties, including overseeing line cooks and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, while also providing training and support to team members.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant.
  • Demonstration of hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency.

  • Experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, season, cook and test food items for consumption in food and beverage outlets.
  • Perform supervisory duties including supervision of line cooks and acting in absence of lead chef.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local and company health, safety, sanitation standards.
  • Train, schedule and assign work and assist with evaluations of team members.
