About The Position
ATC is looking to hire a driven Lead Controls Hardware Design Engineer to create and support engineered to order automation equipment. ATC Automation designs and builds custom automated assembly and test equipment for various industries including transportation, life science, and consumer goods. A Lead Controls Hardware Design Engineer is a working leader. This individual will create and lead others in creating detailed electrical and pneumatic schematics based on the requirements of the automation, appropriate standards, and customer specifications. At ATC you will work in a unique and dynamic team environment. Our team members desire to deliver exceptional projects within budget and schedule while ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a full benefit package, that is direct hire with the opportunity of professional growth and additional growth opportunities across our corporate organization. This position will have no direct reports, it is viewed as a working leader position to ensure the holistic success of the group. This position is located at our HQ in Cookeville, TN reporting to the Director of Life Science Division. Interaction with the Business Unit Managers will also be required for project execution.
