About The Position

We are seeking a Lead Content Strategist to join our Brand, Creative, and Content team at Hinge Health. In this role, you will be the strategic creative lead for our Lifecycle Marketing, Targeted Enrollment, and Ecosystem Partner pods—some of our fastest-growing levers for member acquisition. You will be responsible for defining the narrative strategy that drives enrollment, operationalizing AI to scale creative output, and transforming high-volume channels into personalized, high-performing member experiences. You will report to the Creative Director, Growth, and work closely with cross-functional partners in Growth Marketing. This position is crucial in helping us grow enrollment while maintaining the high quality of care and empathy our brand is known for.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, or a related field.
  • Experience in B2B2C, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing environments.
  • Experience using AI tools for content generation or creative workflows.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Proven track record of driving business results (conversion, enrollment, engagement) through content.
  • Experience with high-volume experimentation and A/B testing in email and direct mail channels.
  • Strong understanding of ecosystem or partner marketing strategies.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead strategic initiatives from 0 to 1 in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Growth: Lead the content strategy for a targeted audience, developing high-converting messaging frameworks for email, direct mail, and partner channels.
  • Scale with AI & Innovation: Champion the use of AI tools to accelerate creative velocity and scale asset production without sacrificing quality, enabling us to deliver personalized messages to millions of eligible members.
  • Elevate Lifecycle Communications: Craft and optimize the end-to-end member narrative across the lifecycle, ensuring consistent, empathetic, and persuasive storytelling from the first touchpoint to enrollment.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner deeply with Growth Marketing to turn complex data and insights into compelling, human-centric creative concepts that drive measurable business impact.
