About The Position
Lead Content Developer & Instructional Designer - Ultrasound (Bothell, WA or Cambridge, MA) Design and lead development of engaging, high-impact learning content that elevates clinical, sales, and technical proficiency for Philips Ultrasound worldwide. Your role: * Craft transformative learning experiences that empower clinicians, sales professionals, and field service engineers to unlock the full value of Philips Ultrasound innovations and, ultimately, improve patient care. * You'll partner closely with product management, clinical marketing, service, and regional education leaders while steering a small team of content developers and external vendors. * Blend instructional design best practices with cutting-edge media to deliver ILT, VILT, eLearning, simulations, and performance-support assets that accelerate competence. * Partner with SMEs and product teams to transform complex ultrasound concepts into engaging, learner-centered content aligned to business goals. * Lead content development projects, managing scope, timelines, and quality while coaching junior designers to elevate team capability. * Publish and maintain global training assets through Philips LMS/CMS, ensuring brand consistency, regulatory compliance, and localization readiness. * Analyze learner analytics and feedback to continuously optimize content effectiveness and demonstrate impact on customer satisfaction, sales, and service efficiency.
