About The Position
This role is part of a specialized consulting team focused on providing advanced solution development and in-depth product knowledge to advance Oracle Health’s strategic priorities. As a Lead Consulting Developer, you will focus on developing and optimizing Python code to support AI and machine learning initiatives. This role requires you to obtain and maintain Federal Security clearance and be a US-based citizen. Requirements
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field, with 6+ years of professional experience
- Extensive hands-on software design and programming experience, including deep expertise with Python
- Proven experience designing and building distributed systems and large-scale architectures
- Strong experience implementing microservices on leading container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes)
- Demonstrated ability to optimize systems for performance, efficiency, reliability, and scalability
- Strong customer focus with a track record of delivering robust and maintainable solutions
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating across global teams
- Advanced troubleshooting, analytical, and performance tuning skills in Cloud environments
- Hands-on Cloud development experience across major platforms (Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Proven track record building and operating Generative AI, Agentic, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
- Experience supporting and automating ML Ops pipelines
- Comfortable working directly with data scientists and research/innovation teams
- Familiarity with code generation assist technologies
- Obtain and maintain Federal Security clearance
- Be a US-based citizen
