About The Position
As a Lead Consultant at IBM Corporation, you will work on shaping company C-Suite decisions through small-team project engagements that architect company-wide strategic direction. You will engage with senior leaders across business units to identify and frame strategic issues, conduct fact-based analyses, and develop recommendations to achieve significant business impacts. Your role will involve analyzing complex strategic issues, formulating hypotheses, and testing conclusions, as well as participating in the creation of strategies aimed at bringing change in a globally integrated enterprise. You will develop and analyze use cases, build forecast models for new markets, and conduct financial analysis and modeling. Additionally, you will identify and resolve issues based on project objectives and independently generate solutions. Establishing trusted relationships with internal client teams and interfacing with stakeholders across business units to gather information and gain diverse perspectives will be crucial. You will conduct research to determine market and competitor insights, challenge the status quo, and develop actionable recommendations. Finally, you will communicate findings to business unit leaders and collaborate with their teams to implement solutions, utilizing various analytical techniques.
